Nail Trim & Clean
A maintenance appointment including nail trimming and gentle cleaning around the ears and eyes. Ideal for cats who do not require a full coat groom.

Sanitary Trim
Careful trimming around the sanitary area to help keep the coat clean, comfortable and manageable. Particularly useful for senior cats.

Short-Haired Full Groom
A complete maintenance groom for short-haired cats who need help with shedding, loose coat or general coat care. Includes minor knot removal.

Matting Support
Additional charges apply for significant matting. Minor knots are included within the standard full-groom price. Extensive matting requires extra time.

Long-Haired Full Groom
A complete coat-maintenance appointment for long-haired cats who need thorough brushing, removal of loose undercoat and support with tangles.

Full Bath Service
A full wet-bath service for cats who require more extensive coat cleaning. This appointment must be reviewed before confirmation due to tolerance.

A few small knots are included within the standard full-groom price. Additional matting charges only apply where several areas are matted or where extensive matting requires significantly more time.

A patient, cat-led approach
Cats do not all respond to grooming in the same way. Some are comfortable being brushed for longer periods, while others need a slower approach, regular breaks or a shorter appointment. Catmosphere aims to work with each cat rather than forcing them through a fixed grooming routine.
Time and breaks
Appointments are not rushed. Breaks can be provided when your cat needs time to settle.
Individual care
The groom is adapted according to coat condition, age, health, temperament and previous grooming experience.
Honest expectations
Customers will be informed when a service needs to be adjusted, shortened or completed over more than one appointment.
